Profile Wrap Specialists

Profile wrapping is a process by which a veneer, vinyl, paper, or foil is laminated onto a moulded substrate (MDF, particle board, hard/soft wood, PVC,etc) in lineal form. As the Profile Wrap Operator you will be responsible for performing complex machine set-ups and wrap multiple substrates for window, door and furniture component markets. Use EVA and PUR adhesives, vinyl, veneers and foils to wrap MDF,PVC, and Aluminum components. Ensure product meets strict quality requirements and satisfy daily production demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to stand for 8 hours, able to lift 5-50lbs, must be able to bend, twist, pull, crouch, kneel, lift. Use of hands and wrists frequently
1st shift regular hours: Monday through Friday 7am – 3pm

Regional Sales Account Manager, NASL—West and SE Regions

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To meet defined regional sales performance goals and assigned account management responsibilities to enable achieving / exceeding the new business development and sales/profit goals within the assigned region.  The Regional Sales Account Manager will develop assigned market strategies and tactics in support of NASL business plans, including:

  • executingsales resource plan
  • timely lead generation and follow-through with existing and new customers
  • continuously monitoring and addressing challenges to ensure attainment of assigned divisional sales, profitability and product/brand goals
  • providing technical product and field service training support to assigned accounts to assist in their utilization of NASL products within their production facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exceed sales and gross margin targets as outlined in the annual operating and assigned territory plan.
  • Participate in the development of the NASL growth strategies and execution of assigned sales objectives with responsibility for all key lamination and fabrication product and service offerings within assigned territory.
  • Provide on-demand product technical and field service support to customers via phone and email, as well as on-site.
  • Provide detailed feedback to NASL Operations regarding performance, serviceability, and customer experiences/comments.
  • Provide detailed project quoting on assigned account opportunities for management review/approval.
  • Maintaintimely CRM records and reports
  • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect field service support
  • Remain current on products, application processes, equipment/tools, etc.
  • Assist with the ongoing execution of a comprehensive training program that meets the needs of our customers (internal customer service team, assigned manufacturers, distributors, OEM’s) and that delivers a consistent and accurate message.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand key competition within the assigned region. Generate understanding of the value proposition to build and maintain market share.  Develop and maintain consultative relationships with major key accounts, partners, industry associations, etc.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events representing NASL with responsibility for lead generation and follow-up on established contacts and CRM opportunity tracking
  • Assist in building the skills and experiences of the sales team, provide growth opportunities and develop talent for promote on and succession.
  • Must travel extensively (>50%) as on-site customer resource.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating a Best in Class IS System

  • Accountable for the implementation of system modifications and expansions, new systems, and releases.
  • Maintains a high-level understanding of Epicor, HRIS, CRM and web functionality and works with end-users to ensure the functionality is utilized where necessary.
  • Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Responsiveness and availability to address “system down” and other high-priority issues.  After-hours /on-call support required as needed.

Supporting our Growth

  • Maintains new solutions within the ERP system, including but not limited to; create/maintain dashboards, customizations, reports, BAQ’s, process flow, module recommendation and implementations.
  • Works with department leaders to analyze and document business processes to improve ERP functionality.
  • Develops and implements the IT budget.
  • Make recommendations and appropriate implementation strategies for strategic growth.

Long Term Solutions and Cutting-Edge Technology

  • Perform research on upgrades to hardware and software and recommend ROI for improved services on all IT & IS System platforms when necessary.
  • Works under the direction of the VP of Finance and President to provide support to executive, manufacturing, operations, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
  • Serves as an escalation point for support personnel and assists with determining whether a system change, or configuration is needed to resolve issues.
  • Manages, monitors, maintains, and supports Epicor system and aligns all networked platforms (HRIS, CRM, Web, and lead generation) into fully integrated solution for internal and external customers.
