Subject: John E. Rhodes–Director, Human Resources, NASL
We are pleased to announce that John Rhodes, has accepted the role of Director, Human Resources for NASL. In this role, John will be responsible for ensuring NASL’s human capital management programs serve both the company and the our team members. The primary focus for this role, in collaboration with CEO Doug Rende, COO Zach Wiedenhoeft, and HR Generalist, Hannah Knutson is to ensure that NASL is able to unlock peak performance from each employee through best-in-class team member selection processes, personal development programs and HR systems.
John is a “hands on” Human Resource practitioner, he believes any Human Resource initiative should serve those who are selling, making, and delivering our products, and those who support them—and that this can only be done from the Gemba.
John is a native of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, has been married to his wife, Debbie for 23 years and has five adult children and seven grandchildren. Please extend well wishes to John as he joins NASL.
